Agreement

By creating an account on Klimaro or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Klimaro.

Account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not use Klimaro to send unsolicited commercial communications, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, or interfere with other customers.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. We act as a processor on your behalf and will not access your data except as required to operate the service or when legally compelled.

Fees and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months. You can cancel at any time from the admin panel; your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime and publish status at status.klimaro.io. Enterprise customers may negotiate a dedicated SLA with service credits.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You will receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, except in cases of legal violation or security risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Szczecin.
