Who we are

Klimaro is operated by Klimaro Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Szczecin, Poland. We provide HVAC operations software to businesses worldwide.

What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (account info, demo requests, blog comments), data generated through your use of Klimaro (usage logs, session records), and technical data (IP addresses, device info, cookies). We do not sell personal data.

Why we collect it

• To run and improve the service you use.
• To contact you about your account, a demo request, or important product changes.
• To detect and prevent abuse and fraud.
• To meet legal and tax obligations (VAT, GST, sales tax, and country-specific e-invoicing requirements).

Where the data lives

Our production infrastructure is hosted in the EU on Cloudflare + Hetzner. You can request EU-only or specific-region hosting as part of an Enterprise contract.

Your rights

Under GDPR and comparable regulations you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF) and a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) that does not set tracking cookies or identify individuals. No third-party ad trackers.
