Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every tier includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or add more seats at any time. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per technician or per user?
Per user. Every technician, dispatcher, and admin who logs in counts as one seat. Customer portal access is free.
What about data export?
Your data is yours. CSV + JSON export is built in on every tier, and we provide a full dump on request for Enterprise customers.
Do you work outside the EU?
Yes. Klimaro runs for HVAC companies in the US, UK, Australia, and beyond. Every country has its own invoicing and tax rules — Klimaro's invoicing engine is country-aware and ships with templates for VAT, GST, and sales-tax regimes, PEPPOL e-invoicing, and regional gateways (Poland's KSeF, Italy's SdI, Spain's FACe, and more) where they apply.
What happens after the trial?
You pick a tier and continue. If you decide Klimaro is not for you, just cancel — no retention call, no gotchas.
Is there implementation support?
Business and above include guided onboarding. Enterprise customers get a dedicated success manager and data migration support.
GDPR / data residency?
EU hosting on request. Full GDPR DPA available. We sign contracts with individual processors too.
